Customized jackets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable. We cut and sew jackets based on your color selection and embroideries.

When jacket is ready to ship, we take customer approval on high resolution photos. We encourage you to review the photos carefully before granting approval.

If there is any fault we can cover free of cost before dispatch. We are thousands of miles away and we do not want you to bear any loss by ordering a wrong size or an unwanted item.
