At web.com, We make varsity jackets that help you feel better when you wear varsity jacket. Whether you’re using our produced jackets, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of Varsity jacket.

REFUND:

If you are not completely satisfied with your web.com purchase from the stock jackets due to quality, sizing or any reason, we will offer you a full refund within 7 days of purchase. if any mistake happen from you we are not responsible for that. If happen any mistake from us we will happily refund you.

For the custom jackets order as you know all details provide by you logos, patches, sizing details etc. So, custom and personalized varsity jacket are made just for you, they are not returnable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE:

If we make a mistake, we will happily make it right and send you new jacket free of cost. If Customer makes any mistake, then customer needs to send the jacket back to us and pay 50% of the original invoice and we can send a fresh jacket. So, please be 100% sure of your size choice and your color choice of  varsity jacket is right.

In-stock Items:

You can exchange In-Stock plain (non-decorated) jackets ONLY! Contact us through our contact page with your order number. Please indicate the jacket you are returning and the new jacket you want us to send. Be as specific as possible when describing the new jacket. The jacket returned will be credited to the original payment method and the new jacket's will be charged to the same payment method. Shipping charges for the returned item are not refundable.

CARE & INSTRUCTIONS:

As you see on our custom design tool if you have no fit any size from size chart you can choose the custom sizing from custom size option, So, please Choose the right material, colors and sizing of your jacket and make sure in custom designed jacket your designs, logos and patches are put on jacket right way.

RARE CHANCES OF ERROR:

Our Sales Team will get approval 4-step of your each order before production:

Step-1: Make mock-up / Artwork your product.

Step-2: Send Mock-up / Artwork email to you for approval.

Step-3: After your approval we will start your order.

Step-4: All technical drawing, Size, color everything will be mentioned on mock-up provide by our team.

Cancelation Or Change:

If you have ordered a wrong item or you wish to cancel or change your order please inform within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellation or Change requests made after 24 hours will not be accepted. But we'll see if possible so we'll make exact with extra charges.
